Video Poker is a favored game that can be enjoyed in casinos across the world, or alternatively at your house on your computer, using an Internet account. The game rules are absolutely straightforward and consist of the player attempting to achieve the highest assemblage of cards possible in order to come away with money. Normally, the lowest winning hand on a Video Poker machine is a pair of jacks with the prize money getting larger for each better hand. A common list of winning hands starts with jacks or better, and moves on to 2 pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, four of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. It goes without saying that the payment schedule can vary from machine to machine, so that discerning enthusiasts are able to choose the most beneficial machine every time.

Once the initial round has finished, the player can either choose to remain on in an attempt to maximize their earnings, or they can press the ‘collect’ button to cash out any cash that they may have won. Further, several styles of the game allow the bettor an opportunity to increase their profits, in which situation a further hand is played. There are also variations between individual games, with some decks of cards including wild cards and other varying elements to increase playability.
